When George joined RFA as the sole UK and European partner, the firm was an established US-based IT managed services provider with no presence outside North America. Over the course of a decade, he built the international operation from the ground up — assembling a world-class team, establishing offices across London and Luxembourg, and growing the business tenfold.

Under George's leadership, RFA became one of the world's premier managed service providers for the alternative investment industry, serving over 650 clients globally — including some of the largest hedge funds and private equity firms in the world.
